What to do after registering with DecodeFX

STEPS

Follow these steps in order

1. STEP1

   Log in to the client portal

   Use your email address and password. Google or Apple also works. The screen is in English.

   • If you forget your password, use the reset link below the login field.
   • Live and demo accounts have separate login details. Be careful not to mix them up.

2. STEP2

   Submit your verification documents

   Submit two kinds of documents: an ID document and a proof of address. Review usually takes up to 24 hours.

   • A list of document names is not stated officially. Follow the application screen.
   • Enter your name and address exactly as they appear on the documents.
   • You cannot withdraw until verification is complete, so finish it before you deposit.

3. STEP3

   Check whether a bonus applies

   No standing account-opening bonus or deposit bonus has been confirmed (as of 17 October 2026).

   • For limited-time campaigns, submitting the application form is a condition of entry.
   • Conditions combine deposit amount and trading volume and differ by campaign.
   • Check the bonus list on the main site for current campaigns.

4. STEP4

   Make your first deposit

   Deposits start at USD 100 for STD and PRO accounts and USD 1 for CENT. Only Japanese domestic bank transfer carries a fee, at 3%.

   • There are 5 methods: Japanese domestic bank transfer, international bank transfer, USDT, Peska and bitwallet. The fee is 0% for all but domestic bank transfer.
   • Crediting ranges from instant to 2 to 5 business days, depending on the method.
   • For Japanese domestic bank transfer, put your name plus your 7-digit account number in the remitter name.
   • Where the official pages disagree with each other, ask support before you deposit.

5. STEP5

   Start trading on MT4 or MT5

   Log in to MT4 or MT5 with the login ID, password and server name in the confirmation email.

   • These are separate from your client portal login. Mixing them up will lock you out.
