The official DecodeFX login page is the client portal at secure.decodefx.com. Use the button below to go to the official site, then choose Log in.

- Do not enter through links in emails or social media; use your bookmark or type the address.
- Check that the login screen URL is the official domain and shows the padlock.
- Never share your password or authentication codes with anyone.

How to log in on MT4, MT5 and the app
- 01Find the login details in the confirmation email
In the account confirmation email from DecodeFX, check the login ID, password and server name.
- 02Launch MT4 or MT5
Install the trading platform following the official guidance, then launch it.
- 03Enter the three details
Enter the login ID, password and server name from the email exactly as written, and log in.
- 04Confirm the connection
If the chart and balance appear, you are done. For the app, follow its on-screen guidance.
All three accounts can be traded on MT4, MT5, WebTrader and the app.
What to check if you cannot log in
- Does the server name match the confirmation email?
- Have you mixed up the live and demo accounts? Separate login details are issued.
- Are you typing the login ID and password as shown in the confirmation email?
- If you forgot the portal password, use the reset link under the login field.
- If it is not resolved, contact Japanese-language support (email, weekdays 9:00 to 17:00).
Do not tell anyone your password or authentication codes, and do not allow remote access. Check the domain of any message claiming to be from the broker against the official site before you respond.
